Motion 04092008-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer to accept the minutes of April 2, 2008 meeting as read, all in favor.
MIIA FY 2009 Renewal Proposal for Property and Liability and Workers’ Compensation Coverages was signed.
The Holland Aqua Riders, Inc. Water Ski Club letter was read. It includes the 2008 ski season schedule. Full endorsement and support given for the 2008 season.
Effective May 15, 2008 Cox Communications will be increasing its prices on some of its cable services. Customers will receive mailings from Cox Communications.
Motion 04092008-2: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to sign the Transfer of License for Holland Market to David L. Hansen.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 04092008-3: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:26 p.m., all in favor.
